Topic: How to prepare IT specialists for employment
Studies: Bachelor in Finance/ Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, Master of Science in Business Economy and Management/ Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Chania, Greece.
Professional experience: 8 years of banking experience in risk management, compliance, internal control and implementation of automatising banking processes. 4 years of experience in management and implementation of social projects in NGOs in the field of migration, development and education.
Maria joined the team of Foundation Youth Development for Innovation in August 2017 taking over the management of Academy+ Moldova – a project of free alternative education in IT based on license of Ecole 42, Paris, France.
As Project Manager, Maria’s major task is to ensure operation of the project, enrolling youngsters for studies, developing partnerships with IT companies willing to employ prepared young specialists. For creating a better study environment and developing young IT specialists community, one of project manager’s duty is to organise IT focused events, such as: meetings with IT experts, programming and intellectual contests, hackathons, workshops, projects etc. Project management includes indeed keeping under control students’ performance by monitoring their activity in online educational platform (Intra Ecole 42), maintaining technical and educational functionality of the platform and, of course, developing required reports.
